today i ate so much its crazy, i went to the gym for like only 40 minutes, i hope i can get over there tommrow.
today i had 2 apples, 3 muskeeters, reeses, veggie sandwhich, and toasted ritz chips, i weighed in at 129 i went to the gym for 2 hours
today i ate 2 apples, avocado, 3 slices of tomatoe, 2 slices of chocolate cake, pasta, and like 5 pieces of bread!!! i feel horrible… i havent gone to the gym all week… urggg
today i had a cupcake, tomatoes, avocado, and some grapes.. i didnt get to the gym so i didnt weight myself, but i got my liscense!
today i did horrible i ate goldfish, poptart, french fries, and chips!!! i did horrible, i didnt go to the gym i didnt stick to my diet. i didnt even bother weighing myself
ok so today i started a new diet where i only eat one thing under 200 calories, today i had a granola bar that was 140. i went to the gym for almost a hour… my current weight is 130:(

today i ate oreos, granola bar, 2 apples, 2 avocadoes, and mixed vegetables i also worked off 500 calories, but yet i gained 3 pounds since this morning.. so im still at 133.. this suckss
